My original iPhone (2g) which I paid $600 dollars for on release day was nearly bullet proof. From being dropped to thrown, and bent slightly in half on the edge of a coffee table, the thing never conked out on me or broke. Also at the time, Apple pretty much swapped your phone out for what ever reason you wanted which they are a lot tougher about now. A new screen will cost you just as much as for what you purchased the phone for with your new two year upgrade with AT&T.

Anyways, I've always purchased ebay cases (roughly 10 cases for $0.29 + shipping) and with that price who wouldn't. I first heard about the Otterbox, they day I purchased my iPhone 4 after over hearing another customer inquire about it. I went home, googled it and sure enough found it and placed my pre-order.

Upon receiving my product, it didn't really come with instructions and the video they had on their site was a little outdated so i figured to make my own tutorial/instruction set for the case for those who also had the same questions as I did.

Installation:

This is what you will see when you get your Otterbox:
<img style="WIDTH: 320px; It tends to move around on the hard case and you'll usually need to tuck the case back into the fasteners every once in a while.

The belt clip is a little unpractical when trying to remove the phone from it while it is fastened to your side. I assume when wearing it on your side the clip tab would face up with the solid base facing down, however, I have found that it is much easier to remove the phone from the clip with the clip tab facing the floor by pressing your index finger into the clip tab and pulling the phone out and downward with the remainder of your fingers

Otherwise for the $50 the case is definitey! worth the money. You will notice immediatly the quality and careful construction of this case.

At last....

I know I keep doing this but... I have finally found exactly what I want to do with this site. It will in fact serve its primary function as a blog... IN COMBINATION with a collection of all of my projects, sites, and art. I hope for this to be fun and entertaining to a variety of different people as my interests and thoughts are as diverse as one could imagine. Some links may show up but not actually link to anything. The site is set up so far in a way that everything works... kind of, but won't cause you to get any error messages or dead end links and 404 errors, so browse around.

The only social buttons which work as of now are for twitter and the RSS feed, facebook may or may not be kept but if it is kept I will update it shortly. I will also try to keep clear and precise labels so that my blogs may be separated easily for those wishing to read them.
